By downloading, installing, or using the LensQuant mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

LensQuant is an AI-powered trading intelligence platform. We provide AI-generated trading signals, DCF valuations, sentiment analysis, institutional investor tracking, daily trading actions, and a conversational AI assistant.

LensQuant is NOT a brokerage, investment advisor, or financial planner. We do not execute trades, hold customer funds, or manage investment portfolios on your behalf.

All content provided by LensQuant is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information current.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

LensQuant offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription at $9.99/month.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment processing is handled by the respective platform.

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Refund requests for app store purchases must be directed to Apple or Google.

IMPORTANT: Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. Past performance of AI signals, AI traders, or any analysis does not guarantee future results.

LensQuant does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. AI-generated signals and valuations may contain errors.

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

LensQuant shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial harm resulting from the use of our Service.

The institutional investor data we provide is sourced from publicly available SEC 13F filings and may be up to 45 days delayed.

All content, features, AI models, algorithms, data processing methods, and visual designs in LensQuant are the intellectual property of LensQuant Technologies Inc.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without written permission.

You may share screenshots of signals or analysis for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not use the Service to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data for commercial purposes.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models or algorithms.

You may not use the Service to distribute financial advice or signals commercially to third parties.

You may not use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service beyond normal app usage.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LENSQUANT TECHNOLOGIES INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
